Statistically it has been shown that the average man has 4 LTNs in his life, extrapolating from that I came up with this. Also, @Zer0/∞ has shown a HTN can have 18 slays and not even full life-time so this indicates it's quite easy to get women if you are HTN+.

Should have factored in height to the equation but I assume this list is for a 5'9 man.

This is based on SMV. Height is simple addition or subtraction of SMV by 0-1 point depending on height. Average height gets you 0, 1 sd above/below gets you +/- 1/2 a point and 2 sd above/below gets you +/-1 point.
