And background checks should be conducted (or running some sort of diagnosis) on them, nothing is worse for children growing up in broken homes (or some Hell Hole). I don't think some people should be eligible to have children. There's just too many narcissists and sociopaths that lurks beyond our societies, some of these children will become victims of domestic violence, some may even carry it on, for generations to come. Usually, these Narcissistic/Sociopathic parents, lack the sympathy, remorse, and love for their children.

They're incapable of looking after their own children, smh...
