Well you CAN so long as you keep in mind that diff, ie 97 normal years is a pretty 100 years to muslims because they couldn't figure out how long a year was despite apparently having some kind of math genius period during the dark ages.You cannot really use the Gregorian calendar and Hijri calendar both at the same time because Hijri calendar is obviously different from the Gregorian calendar, so if you try to compare the two, you will get numbers that are obviously way off.
Anyway, given that the 10 year diff is disputed, using it to argue for Aisha's age on the basis of her half-sis age seems a little shaky.
