There's music blasting down the road and it's currently 11:40pm. There's also a constant sound of blood curdling screaming coming from them, with this chad I can hear above everyone else.

If I knew the address I would call the police and try to shut it down.

Since recording this it has gotten progressively louder. I can hear them all screaming their head off, but that chad is so damn loud. Not to mention all of the female squeals constantly.
