My parents told me to just be positive just now and a cashier told me this very same phrase a few days ago. Anyone else experiencing this lately where you're just chilling or just existing and your parents (or someone around you) randomly tells you to just be positive. Its kind of been getting on my nerves lately due to the sheer stupidity of the statement. There is so much bullshit I am dealing with thats making me depressed, a simple phrase isnt gonna re wire my brain and fill it with positive experiences and memories. I don't understand the logic of these people. Man, it's also brutal knowing that people can just sense you're depressed just by looking at your face. It's like my facial physiognomy has somehow adapted to the blackpill to the point where my resting face looks depressing to people. This never was the case when I was young.
