My parents were begging me not to go to Ukraine Ukraine and join the foreign brigade, even though it was their advice that put me in this situation where I'm forced to do it. They claimed that I:

Meanwhile, these are my stats:

>Short

>Weak looking face (so not even intimidatingly ugly which can be beneficial in certain circumstances

>Kissless virgin at 26 years old

>Been rudely rejected by most foids I approached, soft rejected by some, and openly called "ugly" and "disgusting" many many times.

>Parents both retired 10 years before I started looking for a job, absolutely zero industry connections

>Went to a shitty "elite" school which turns out to not be so elite in the real world

>Have a meme degree that was gaslit into believing was in "top demand" by relatives who also studied it

>Biggest fear has always been homelessness and being completely trapped in extreme poverty and being unable to get basic shit like food and water

I genuinely think my life is worse than the vast majority of turd worlders. At least they aren't literally worried about starvation and homelessness. Most just have a nice peaceful farm life or something. I'm literally worried about starvation and freezing on the streets.

They never had to look for a job in the post-2008 recession economy. They don't understand what it's like and they refuse to even try. If you explain it to them, they'll just ignore you and double down on their notion that you're just "lazy" and that you "need to pick yourself up from your bootstraps". The fact that you're considering risking your life and joining the Ukrainian foreign legion to avoid homelessness should clue them in on how much you've tried, how desperate you age, and how bad the job market is, but they'll just keep doubling down probably.

The unemployment rate in America reached 9% in 1974 and 10% in 1982 but I think it was still a lot easier to find jobs back then for Boomers (especially college educated ones), compared to post-2008 for millennials/zoomers.
