Brutal Paralyzed by my own thoughts while Showering

Does anybody else just sit in the shower and just think about life. Like i used to actually cleanse myself but now i just sit there and let the warm water hit me until it becomes cold. Even when its my intention to clean myself alot of times i just sit there paralyzed by my own thoughts never really getting the soap all over my body and my hair devoid of any shampoo. I used to cleanse myself all the time, keeping my hair and body as clean as possible but now I no longer have the energy to care and when i do care i am often consumed by own thoughts before i have to chance to do it. Despite this i don't have a strong order coming from me, but my hair is messy all the time.

I try to get in and out as soon as possible actually so nope can’t say I have my dark nights of the soul type moments of deep reflection and thought while in the shower.

I save that for when I’m LDARing with the ol ifags on my bed here.
