haha its a good thing i saw this, else you would have been in misconception for rest of life. This language that you see is Nepali,so probably it is for Nepali migrant workers who work in China and most of them look like mongoloid and have mongol features. What confused you was the script that it is written , Its Devnagiri script which is used both in Nepal and India. Nepal was the only HIndu monarchy country till early 21st century when it was replaced by Communist of Nepal .
