Cycle of suffering:
I have a fear of the high probability of ending up as a conscious living being without the capacity to protect itself from unbearable pain. Also the fear of the fact that life is never ending and there will always be some living being that will wake up to consciousness like i did and regret because of how retards fuck up the living conditions and create unbearable pain.
So in a way, I'm sort of alarmed and want to protect myself. I hope you can understand this.
Solution:
We can’t do anything for animals, so let’s skip to humans. We can only think about protecting ourselves and humans who will be born in the future(or in a way, yourself) when you have solutions that are at the mercy of nature. And we want them all together.
1] Enough intelligence to find and use relatively painless un aliving methods when life gets unbearable.
2] High empathy capacity that believes “all suffering is my suffering, so i should protect all beings capable of pain” like what i described in the above subtopic. Always putting themselves in the shoes of other people who are suffering so bad.
To have this empathy, you also need self-sacrifice capacity, the ability to overcome jealousy. You will have those if you have the kind of fear I described in the first subtopic. You will overcome the raging urge to hurt even the most evil person if you think “what if i’m this person about to get hurt so bad instead of me hurting him”
Awareness:
Like I said, this privilege to skip unbearable pain and to help incapable animals to do the same is only possible for humans, and to be more accurate, very few humans can overcome stupid jealousy like stupidly wanting to pass on genes, wanting to live leisurely by making other people work hard etc.
People who achieve this level of awareness can monitor the future generations and eliminate evilness out of the gene pool.
Intellect:
Now as time goes by, you need people capable of science and intellect to sustain painless un aliving methods and protect it against unforgiving nature. So eugenics based on intellect and empathy would be good. You can further keep life entertaining and harmonious by using intellect to make sex and genetics required for it better, keeping minds occupied with innovation and art and shit. Great minds can also protect life from new and unexpected pain that will occur in the future.

I’m thinking of posting a part 2 of this highlighting history and moving towards modern life, human nature, nature of human genders and my stupid suggestion based on these to achieve peaceful existence. I would love to write that later.
Thinking of mentioning how future kids of genders should be intervened so they won’t destroy peaceful existence in part 2.
I assume anyone who has gone to the extremes of human suffering will agree with this.
