Both foids got indoctrinated when they were young, first one was extremely loyal to Princess (that was also controlled and brainwashed by some other men) and another one was completely brainwashed by Ainz and his plan. Ainz did not need to even need to force her to create propagandist speeches to thousands of people she did on her own (you could see the same thing with Greta and foid activists that got brainwashed at school and commie green organizations). Nobody will try to keep the status quo as foids, the propaganda and brainwashing is extremely strong and will become their sole purpose and personality, they will never think outside of the box unless their live hood going to get hurt.
After foid loses her purpose at life (Princess death) she completely losses her mind, however instead of putting her out of misery she will still be used in one last mission to make her group appear as evil and selfish, so another now more pro Ainz group could merge with them without a fight. Perfect divide and conquer plan.
