Same for me. I do like the economics of falangism tho. I own a copy of Jose antonio's manifesto. It's pretty good and I recommend it.

Overall I'd say the Falange was based, though I'm not a big fan of Catholicism or any Abrahamic faith to be frank.

Franco was legit since he crushed the communists/socialists and also was a Fascist who worked alongside Germany and Italy. He took a country that had been run into the ground by the destructive Masonic government of the Second Republic and actually modernized it. The Left probably would have ended up winning without him.

Partially correct but incomplete. He did co-opt the Falange for his own ends, so in a technical sense he was part of it, which is why I still bring him up, and why he’s my favorite figure associated with the movement
