Its hard to say in wars which weapons systems are going to be really good as there are a lot of factors. They put the artillery shells in that robot arm loader in front of the soldier. Then it pushes the shell into the breach. The whole thing it is easy to operate and repair. And it carries extra shells right on the truck.
A big problem for towed artillery is it takes awhile to move it, so it can get hit more easily if the Russians find out where it is. You need towed artillery too, like you need a lot of bulk in an army, even not top tier stuff, eg.. older stuff from like the 1970's. To hold positions and add firepower.
