At least for my team.
I haven't stepped foot in office for almost a month. But our productivity is still the same coz at the end of the day, all we need is our laptop/remote desktops.
So maybe in the future at least we don't have to waste hours commuting to the office. No need to hang out in the office with people I don't wanna see.
Then again bosses will feel insecure. They can't monitor their staff 24/7. They don't trust their staff to not be slacking off when they can't see them in person.
