But in recent times in the USA at least it really does appear that the black community more and more is producing criminal barbarians at an alarming rate.

Something I’ve noticed is that if you go to even something as simple as a fast food restaurant if the staff is all black vs all white or mexican the experience is night and day. Like shit dude I worked in fast food and I didn’t give a fuck either but at least I did my job at an acceptable bare minimum level.
