It's usually something stupid like terrible social skills or being painfully awkward."How do you know that his looks aren't what originally triggered a social rejection and then subconsciously the mind of the receptor fabricated that justification? because that's exactly what the neocortical part of the brain does, it actually creates logic patterns and symbols to JUSTIFY instinctual drives and reactions, not oppose or antagonize them like most people think, and it all happens on a subconscious level.
