I feel like... she finds little grievances and then acts out more and more in the hopes that someone will pay attention to her.

We've both lived here for about a year and a half. It's a share with 5 people.

At first it was just noise and stuff, but now she's doing some pretty significant damage to the house! Mostly damaging doors for some reason but also other random things. One of the door handles is now broken off and the whole mechanism is broken!

Wild.

I wonder what the management company will do about this crazy lady! She is about 23.

I'm mostly staying out of it and not saying much about things, but management check the place pretty often so they're seeing it all themselves!

Particularly in that it seems to be getting more difficult to avoid fights with her. She seems to want to start/escalate them, and is so disruptive that it's tricky to keep my head down.

But I'll try extra hard to do that and keep playing the long game here and let things play out.
