Serious Once you've looked at the abyss and become enlightened by it, how do you turn away from it and carry on with your life?

I looked into the abyss of nonsensical irrational human suffering and nature's cruel darwinian indifference for so long that anything and everything else besides the abyss just feels too blatantly superficial, meaningless, stupid, and ridiculous. Everything pales in comparison to the abyss. How can I get out of this? What do you guys do?
