I pointed out that God doesn't want her to have sex until marriage and she said she doesn't have to do everything God says because he forgives sinners. I then sent her Bible verses saying it isn't enough to believe and repent but that as a Christian you have to follow the word of God.

But I just couldn't reason with her, she refused to admit she was wrong to not follow God's commands.

I'm convinced He exists, which is why I am careful not to offend/insult Him.

I know some users here see things differently and consider God a cruel sadist because He makes us suffer and, for example, didn't give us the body we need for fornication, fame, and fortune.
But I've always wondered if that's all there is. Or if there isn't something else, something different, that this world can't offer. Something higher.
What happens after death, and so on. I had these thoughts even as a child: Is that really all there is? Maybe you live for about 80 years, or not even that, and then that's it?
