I work with water hose like 6-7 hours per day. I guess that caused a carpal tunnel or some shit. My hands start hurting like a bitch if i hold anything more than a minute.

Ngl, caffeine doesn’t doo much for me besides making me feel paranoid, I only use Ritalin when I have to focus, otherwise I hate ingesting both, maybe it’s my cursed brain wiring

Yeah I have ADHD, once I finish uni I don’t think I’d ever be able to be productive enough to avoid getting fired unless I take my meds every day
