What do you think of a plan for an Oldcel to ascend by becoming a turn key stemcel? He could move to a developing sand land and provide technical assistance/consultation. Once he establishes himself in the community and gains social status, he can marry a nice shy khhv girl, even though he is grandpa-tier. Even better, girls who are interested in technical matters are nice introverted girls. She will idolize you as a mentor.

This is probably unrealistic, but I would think if you were able to get indigenous thread tap or whatever production started in some sandbox you could be a town hero.
