Okay so OP, I understand the reason you asked the question. You're incel and you're bald, but you have a giant dick. Part of your mind says "There must be some way to capitalize on this". It's reasonable, and I think there are some ways.
Here's the ideas I've come up with, but I'll warn you in advance - none are exactly "great".
1) Become an actual porn actor - not a good idea, too much gay sex requirement.
2) Set up a shitty porn company under your own self. This is not a bad idea to be honest. But it takes a lot of work. You'd need to set up a basic CMS (content management system) website using an adult website based system. These aren't any harder than installing Windows if you pick the right one and get used to it. If you actually do it properly, you might even make money back off it.
The best way to do this nowadays is likely as VR or POV porn. Not only are both popular, they both save you from showing your face, and you can just let the girl do most of the work. If you do get set up for it (maybe $1-5K start up costs for camera/lighting/site), then you post wanted ads on craigslist or other sites like it, or start spamming low tier models on modeling sites.
Get the girls to fuck you for a few hundred bucks on camera. Maybe you make that money back if the site picks up. If not, then you just paid a hooker a hefty price but got to record the whole thing for your amusement and got her best performance out of it.
This could work long term in that slutty girls tend to hang out with slutty girls, and once you're connected to one, if you handle her well, she might introduce you to more. This is how drug dealers often get girls much better than they are. It's from proximity and connection. Propinquity game is what it's called. Hard to do but very effective.
3) Steroidmax along with your dickmax and try to get by on your body alone. This is likely necessary even for #2, but especially if you want to meet girls naturally without porn, then a big dick is not enough. You need to be ripped as fuck too. If you are ripped and have a huge dick, you can easily post your body shot from neck down on fetish/BDSM sites or have topless photos with tight underwear/swimsuit to show it off other places.
I don't think there's likely any other way to use this to your advantage. Most of us are getting rejected way before our dicks matter.
