For her to prove sexual incompetency would be nearly impossible. Perhaps only if the husband fails to get her pregnant after years, only then she could have possibly a case but I have difficulty envisioning it succeeding. Only if he has certified infertility could such a thing succeed, and even then, it's not a certainty.
Regarding money, it's true she could go to court over that, but this is only really if the husband has lost his job and can absolutely not provide at all. And in a society where women cannot work outside the home, the number of jobs would be much higher than here in the West, with employment not being a significant issue as a result.

Regardless, even if Islam is not perfect in eliminating women's rights, it would still be better than the West comparatively speaking.
