I'd say that it's easier to think of things to say in offtopic generally, and that a lot of people get tired of talking about the black pill since it could be a "once you get the message, hang up the phone" sort of thing. Off-topic subforums have always been my favorite subforums.

Also due to the fact offtopic is more for the general audience whether you are new to the blackpill or not. Inceldom Discussion is more appealing to people who are still new to the blackpill.
