Officially Diagnosed with Learning Disabilities, can I get NEETbux?

I got diagnosed with combined type ADHD (I'm inattentive and hyperactive), OCD and I'm also on the spectrum. I've always struggled keeping work and dealing with people because of it.

Is there any way I, as a US citizen, can give up and get NEETbux?

I’m In the same boat brah. I have autism and had poor grades all my life. Never moved up in any job, and always took on shitty jobs. No semi-decent Job will ever hire me. I’ll be extactic if I can become a security guard because the work is easy
