When does the day officially start and end (IMPORTANT)?
I didn't want to exclude any time zones, so I went with the Universal Coordinated Timezone.
The UTC doesn't take into account daylight hours or timezone differences. It's an international recognised standard to be adhered by:

I shall be going off that. It clearly states the time zone difference between your location and the current UTC time.
An Entry will be logged from: 00:00 to 23:59 for each day - On the dot. You miss it by even one second? It's over. Your entry won't count.

According to steam, the gift card sent will be automatically converted into your local currency.
