Past and current Victims of bullying can prevent future bullying by putting fear into the minds of future potential bullies, by going ER en masse.
In order to respect us, they have to fear us.
This is really the only possible way to Prevent bullying, because schools and govERnment will nevER do anything to punish bullying until much more extreme violence takes place in society on a regular basis (violence which is attributed to mental illness caused by being bullied).

Honestly I've had a few bullies and they were generally kids who were highly anti-social, e.g., one of them would torture animals for fun. He's now in prison. None of them have done well actually.
