I decided to play it yesterday to pass time and ended up halfway through the game by midnight. Whenever I replay the game it's hard to put down. There's just something highly addicting and enjoyable about Ocarina of Time. I think it's the lack of filler in-between dungeons. I dread replaying Majora's Mask or Twilight Princess for example because of all the filler. OOT allows you to play the game at your own pace with minimum filler.

Such a good game. In retrospect it's surprising how good it was for the time seeing as how other N64 games like Mario 64 were overly clunky and simplistic.

The dungeons were too short

The child dungeons maybe. The adult dungeons had a good pace and length.

I would give it a 10/10 if not for one horribly designed mini boss.
Wich one

Which version do you play

N64 and 3DS.
The original n64? I've played it on the wii u virtual console and got pretty far i think

The dark filter and input lag isn't great, I actually used save states during the forest temple boss because of it

The temple boss is where I quit my current play through and switched to 3ds. The input lag is terrible.
