Like this dude here, he claims that all he needs to do is just exist and women throw themselves at him for being attractive. And yet, the nihilismpill eventually gets him too. He starts to get depressed, realizing his dopamine receptors got fried after so much sex to the point he can't feel intimacy anymore. It's ovER, although it's certainly a far lesser problem compared to an average balding indian janitor's life (depression as chad is a meme tbh), it certainly encompasses the lack of purpose in life:
