Everything I try to do to feel less lonely always wears off fast. AI, gooning, ASMR, plushies, dolls, blankets, all of it. This is why I still troll or talk to women online occasionally. It really is my only way of having any interaction with them, and it’s more stimulating than AI.

As long as they don’t know what I look like then they can’t be disgusted by me. The silence and monotony of my existence gets so tiring. Nobody wants me around, not even family. It’s like being stuck in a void of nothingness where I’m the only one that exists.

every cope stops working eventually

yeah this is a problem for everyone, including normies

but the thing with normies is that they at least have things to do in their early years that keep them occupied, which is why they only starting having these anhedonic thoughts when they're in their 40s. Hence the whole midlife crisis

with us we literally are barred from any meaningful social interaction, so our lives literally consist of just gooning or rotting outside of work/studying, provided we aren't NEETs.

As of recently my copes are not working very well.

Life will always be an endless pit of despair that you just are forced to let yourself fall into; there is no real permanent solution as it is just you realising the cruel reality of the world.

Try to work on yourself with copes that actively change your biochemistry so you’ll have a better general state of mind at least.

Unironically things like light working out, jogging, eating healthier and trying out new things help; not because it is truly changing anything but it changes how your mind operates & view the world through hormonal balance and dopamine repairment, huge reason why normies seem so positive.
