Does anyone else not have a dad too? It has been something I have always been ashamed of even though I can’t control it
. This one memory from high school is burned into my mind. It was halloween and people were talking about what they’re going to wear for Halloween.
Everyone and i mean everyone was talking about their fathers. About how much they care about them, and what their fathers thought about their costumes and such.
And I sat there knowing I’ll never know what that’s like.
Even in comics, tv shows, movies, books. Full families with fathers. No matter what I always felt lesser because of it.

Felt this part pretty hard.
Having no dad is a serious loss. It's like having a core part of you ripped out from early childhood. My condolences incel.
