Technically it is a mentality thing. While it's often tied to inceldom(which is not a mentality but rather a state of being) it's a separate concept that relates to the acknowledgement that "it's over" regardless of what "it" is, in the case of the sexual blackpill it relates to the inability to get a woman due to a fundamental understanding of looksism and female behavior, and while one can understand these concepts it's just the "looks pill" and "the female behaviorpill" for those not negatively affected by them,
