One thing that always bugged me is the normies are so obsessed with being "positive" that it clouds their judgment completely. Here is a simple example of what I mean: let's say you are 5'2'' Indian janitor and you during an online discussion say you are 5'2'' and that it's a bad height/you are short - a normal person would agree with this statement because it's a simple fact that 5'2'' is really a bad height for a guy, while these positivity obsessed cucks will call it pessimism and ignore reality.

That's because a lot of normgroids believe the world is just and everyone deserves what they get, out of years of brainwashing themselves to believe their own lies. Even if it's obviously not accurate, they continue to delude themselves as a response to their self inflicted pavlovian conditioning them to pretend their false worldview is true. They believe the default state of the world leans towards optimism due to this skewed and warped view of reality, thus they conflate realism with toxic positivity and think pessimists are being unrealistic even if this sounds patently absurd to us.

Is it people who have a vested interest in you believing the propaganda politicians tell me thinks. Many parts of society (housing markets, pensions, "circular" economies) are structured like a predatory pyramid schemes.
