the idea is that I shouldn't care about my problems (but normies apply it even when it's not about my personal issues but rather my issues with the world) because others have it worse
it's extremely silly because: 1) no one really applies it, it would be considered politically incorrect to tell homos in Saudi Arabia "well, you may be killed for having buttsecks but you can simply not do that; it's still way better than in Uganda or something" 2) why would you discuss hypotheticals; we can circlejerk without an end "starving African children don't have it that bad, they could've been born as pigs in a factory farm and spend all their lives in cages covered in feces only to be eventually consoomed and no one would even care about them"

how is someone else's misery supposed to make me feel better? are normies just complete psychopaths and get thrill from others' suffering?

Im not hapy when others suffer but I watch a lot gore on a very frequent basis. It does not make me happy to see another suffer but it makes me feel calm and serene. Like I can finally breathe. I know this sounds edgy af but its actually the case and this has been so for all my life.

When I was 6 my yearly school presentation was about the black plague; age 8, heroin addiction; age 11, psychiatric disorders most notably dissociative identity disorder, I read violent incestual abuse stories entire days for this presentation.

From age 12 and on (earlier tbh) I spent all time dedicated to fantasy on imagining the most grim massacre scenarios. Finding gore was just a small part of that journey. I neglected school to spend all my days learning about wars and finding footage to greaten my understanding. Atleast 10.000 hours have been on the 2001-present War in Afganistan.

At age 3 and 4 I spent my time in the school playground fantasing as well. As a toddler I created a device identical to the guilotine in my mind. Never heard of such machinery before. I put my head under it and chopped my head of, magically thinking this would translate into death irl. I got scared though after about 30 seconds and 'glued' my severed head back on. Then Id regret not dying and repeated the same scenario. This went on for a few years until I aged out of magical thinking of that intensity.

Its not just war. Just things the grimier the better. The Japanase WW2 human expetimentation, murderers like Ed Gein and Miguel Trevino Moralez, Munchhausen by Proxy, children who commit murder/torture or other such acts, diseases like HIV+TBC, disorders like Catatonia, drugs like Datura, extreme poverty stricken people, North Korean camps, psychological operation like GangStalking, cults, satanic ritual abuse, human trafficking etc.

I dont know why I do this.
