Serious NordVPN scammed me. What should I do?

Yesterday, I purchased the 2-year subscription plan and it said transaction failed; however, my debit card still got charged $79. What should I do? My mother told me to wait 2 days and they should give me back my money. Reason why she told me 2 days was because the bank is closed on Thanksgiving.

She said that if I don't get it back after 2 days, I should call the bank.

Find a VPN that accepts monero as a payment and doesn't require an email address to register or any other personal infos (name, phone number, biling address)

Mullvad is good imo. they don't ask for anything personal, they don't even need your email to create an account they just generate a 16 digit number and that'sit. you can pay with crypto or cash.
