Non processed food, and a variety of it.
Look at food as fuel for the body:
Eat when you must, but woth a goal: fuel your body.
Potatoes, Salmon, Fish, Tuna, blueberries, raspberries, Raw milk, other types of starch, bone marrow, bananas, red cabbage, raw butter..... thats real food.

Or at least eat in a way that keeps inflammation levels low. You can avoid autoimmune disease with that, high inflammation is often tied to cancer and I think it will soften your depression.

Western diet has worsened, lots of people are chronically tired, low energy levels and cancer rates are through the roof.
It's fun how there is a 'fitness culture' but people eat like shit and testosterone levels of a 25/30yo are about the same as a 70yo in the 1950's.
I think it really is about diet, people back in the day mostly ate food that was locally available.

A bit off topic:
Makes me wonder, maybe the Jews are indeed behind the junkfood and processed food culture. It lowers male fertility > less pregnancy which is exactly what they want: lower birth rates especially targeting the Western man.

No good food for your face
