In total during the past six months, I have clocked in 160 days of nofap and 38 days of fap, making a ratio of fap of only 19% for half a year (compared to 100% if you fap every day).

Now, of course it didn't make me more seductive, attractive, aloof, or whatever idiots claim. The benefits of nofap are strictly intellectual and mostly revolve around a long-lasting reduction in sex drive.

- Very strong reduction in sex drive. My sex drive is only a quarter of what it once was. I still find beautiful women attractive and interesting, but now the pleasure I feel is different and the compulsion to watch porn and masturbate to "evacuate the frustration" has completely disappeared. I am now content in being an eternal spectator of clothed beauty. I am also more dismissive of female beauty in general, I feel less of a need to stare at beautiful women.

- Far higher threshold for erection and excitation. I can now watch porn I used to like and often never feel incoming blood flow to the genitals.

- Higher tolerance of women in non-sexual situations. Because my sexual frustration has decreased a lot, interacting with women is almost like interacting with men.

- Far higher ability to stay focused on complicated, lengthy material like a novel or a textbook.

- Far lower tendency to think everything in terms of sex and to bring everything back to sex. Now I think affection, cuddling, etc, are actually more important than sex in a relationship.

Are you sure those effects don't stem from other stuff like drugs you've taken or the TMS? I ask because after a 120 day nofap (without relapses) I just felt my libido and anxiety sharply raising, as well as tolerance to the presence of women sharply reducing. I was 23 at the time.

Also, fapping to blow steam off is really bad. One must fap only if genuinely horny.

It's both. The TMS made the nofap a lot easier (it still demanded a lot of willpower sometimes). But TMS alone didn't make all of this happen, I know this because I had a relapse into fap just after the TMS, and the usual bad consequences (like inability to stay focused on a book) had come back.

In your case I think nofap can't succeed because your brain is too depressed and ill to give up its only source of happiness.

...And do you really think that these so-called benefits will shield you from getting to an age where you realize that your entire prime went by unshared and unwanted?

Sorry to break it to you but chronic inceldom is an existential condition, and no fap is but a cope. Might be an effective one depending on your goals, but if certainly won’t turn your life around, which doesn’t place it much higher than a pleasure-driven cope in my book.

I am fully aware of that. It's just that honestly, between feeling the need to fap every day and almost never feeling this need, I prefer the latter. I feel stronger, less vulnerable to sexuality. My mood is more stable and elevated. I can focus better on boring material, which is useful for college.

fapping is more of a hobby to me, I spend like 2-3 hours and collect images from doujins I read

Masturbation is what makes me resist sexual temptation. I masturbate two times a day before I get sexually aroused. I climax without thinking about anything sexual.

I used to think that too, but I'm now convinced it's a bad long-term strategy. Hence why the Church didn't recommend masturbation, and Islam recommends it only in case of emergency and risk of committing a vile act.

I don't want to have no sex drive and suffer from erectile dysfunction. I want to spread my seed when the time is right. You could call it terror management, but it's something that is very important to me.

Testimonies I've seen mostly indicate that it's porn which can cause erectile dysfunction.

Well what you described above sounds a lot like erectile dysfunction.

No, because if I force myself, I can still have erections. And my occasional relapses have proven that the "machinery" still works perfectly.
