Yes , NoFap has positive Sides , im more productive and motivated , but its also incredibly painful to see , that i have this natural urge that will never be satisfied .

Have done a full Nofap reboot (90 days) and I suggest you don't do that stupid shit, unless you want better erections and nicer fapping when you do fap. There are no benefits, the people saying there are are delusional cucks, fapping is awesome and you should continue doing it for your own pleasure. Unlike sex, you're entitled to this 100%.

This. I went 9 days with no fap once and was miserable. My sexual energy and frustration were so high I couldn't think about anything else and walked around with a swollen dick all the time. And seeing all these bitches walking around with little clothing on just made me super pissed and super horned up so then I started fantasizing about attacking one of them and fucking the shit out of them. So, I fapped on day 10 and shot a giant load and felt instant relief. Now I fap usually twice a day.
