If an ethnic lives in a majority white area, and has only shit skin friends, does that indicate that he's uglier than the whites that live in his community? And what about whites that hang out with shit skin social circles and not their own?

Not necessarily. I lived in a mixed suburb that was like 50% curry, 30% white, 10% black, and 10% everything else, and though there was some overlap in social circles, people still mostly segregated themselves and hung around with their own. Seems to just be natural tbh
