I don't think surgeries can turn ugly men into good looking. There's 3-4 comparison images circulating around lookism forums, all taken from the side and all about as authentic as the millimeters-of-bone meme. If surgeries could turn ugly men into chadlites, they'd be as common as breast implants and you'd be able to see before/after comparisons everywhere from every angle and at high resolution.

Do you have some examples that are not in some tiny resolution and are of the same person from various angles?

I used to cope by thinking I could also become a chadlite with a few surgeries, but now I realize it really can't do much. It's over
