Women can work nowadays and actually have it easier than men in the job market for several reasons. Young women are buxxed by their parents and don't need/care about your money. This is the easiest thing to prove in the world, just create a Chadfish in a dating app and write in the bio that you're a broke loser. Tell it to her directly as well for extra proof. This will not be a hindrance to get casual sex or even gf/bf relationships at all.
What generates attraction is physical attractiveness, period. Everything else is just multipliers. "He looks attractive to me AND has a similar musical taste? Attraction x 1.1" (Of course women don't consciously think stuff like that, but this is roughly how it works).
A guy who is SOMEWHAT attractive to a woman may get various extra points for things in common, personality, etc,and get with her, but a guy who's not attractive to her at all won't benefit from any of it.
