Women can work nowadays and actually have it easier than men in the job market for several reasons. Young women are buxxed by their parents and don't need/care about your money. Would you (assuming you're straight) have sex with a man because he has an amazing personality? No, because you're not sexually attracted to him to begin with, period. In this context, money and stability can be desired by women, but they won't feel attracted to you because of these things.
