Whatever your cope is is not clouding your mind is the issue. When I'm blowing up a demon's head off in a game, my mind isn't automatically remembering that all the girls I ever liked is fucking and dating everyone except me.
If we could somehow give up on our problems and just live as it is and move forward it would be better, though I can't currently find a solution for this, so I can relate. Each day I spend more and more time here.
