Nintendo is going to use "market conditions" as an excuse to raise all Switch 1 games to $70 and all switch 2 games to $80

Just a prediction. They've raised the price of the switch 1 in every country outside of Japan. I predict that they will raise the prices of games next which is ridiculous because they don't have to import digital goods.
But dumb goyem consumers will believe them either way.

There's good motivation for them to seeing as Switch 2 games are $70 and consumers can technically now get Breath of the Wild for cheap and then get the $20 update, which means they're losing potential money.

I expect to see more products up pricing like computer parts have. Corporate PR fags say some meaningless MSRP, and then retailers and third party sources list prices significantly higher, maybe add a useless doodad or two along with it. Both of them say Trump bad! Tariffs bad! Nothing I could do! Reddit agrees and normalizes the new price.

Exactly. They'll go far beyond what is necessary. All these companies are desperate for an excuse.

Switch 2 is a multiplat machine and that's their focus so it's a given that they will do it like Sony and Xbox which encourages all publishers to sell games at $80, everyone but gamers want prices to go up.
