Stay in buildings/bunkers to dodge the fragments, because otherwise there are not much things you can do.
Even then, I heard a Israeli family that got wiped out by a direct hit to the bunker. Not much one can do against Mach 5 missiles, and intercepting them is not always guaranteed.
