I've been around long enough to know that people actually do help.
I see it all the time especially in SF. There are tons of hobos here and more than enough people giving money. I actually see it. The reason why this is, is because a lot of non-asians are christians. The hobos here fuckin hate asians. We don't give shit. We are cut throat and brutal.
I've never given money because I'm actually smart. Those hobos will just use it to feed their addiction. If they wanted money for food they CAN get free money for food. They can even get free money for drugs lol (and needles).
