Sure, but not for a long time. I was maybe 20 the last time a woman implied I was "too nice" to be attractive. This is, of course, an excuse to not say it was mainly because of my face and height. I'm sure she meant it, just wasn't the main reason.
Now I'm just ambivalent towards women that I meet. It's just not in my nature to treat people like shit. Even people I actively dislike and who dislike me, I'll still be cordial with them.
So when it comes to women, I don't treat them any way at all. I just sort of leave them alone. Everyone's happier this way.
