Serious New Member/First Post - Is it over for me?

Hallo, im new to this forum and wanted to ask you guys the following question, is it over for me?

To my person im a 27 year old male from Germany. Im 6 foot 3 inches (191cm) tall and my weight is 215 lbs. In all those 27 years I never had a girlfriend or sex/intimate relationship with a women. In addition to that, i dont even have guyfriends.

I think all this is because of my ugly face. Back in the highschool days people used to mob me and call me ugly boy or Chucky (in reference to the Childplay movies). Some People told me, my face is weird looking because of my nose and acne scars. I personally think my face is a 3.5 out of 10.
Sorry i cant post pictures, because of the forum rules and i dont want to end as a meme.

One of my life goals is, to get married. Or better to say i can only acomplish my dream if iam able to get married, otherwise i dont even care about marriage, reproduction or sex/ relationsship with women.
But is this possible in my case? Could i get married if i tried it with older landwhale women or ugly women? I would not even care if their face was burned or whatever.

Do I have a chance?

Im not white, at least not Nordic white. I did DNA testing and it showed: 98% European and 2% non white. Im of German, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek hertiage. But somehow i dont look white.

I'm a manlet and I think height is by far the most important.
Surely if you look like a young tom cruise (short guy I believe) then it's OK.
