New Law Proposal for Women with High Body Count (Theoretical)

This is probably going to sound fucking stupid but here it goes.

In the sense this would be a move to help alleviate the percentage of rising male virgins in the West.

Basically, women would have the number of men whom they’ve had sexual encounters with be tracked legally and humanely by the government. They get say 10 bodies before any penalties start coming into play. After that, every body they catch would give them some sort of government penalty. The first would be just like a fine of 500$. Then that fine would continue to raise up until 20 bodies. Then that’s where maybe jail time or mandatory community service comes in. But lastly, the ones with the highest counts. 35-50+ range starting, would be subject to involuntary fallopian tube tying. On top of that the ones with the highest would be forced to pay out of pocket without insurance for the procedure as well. They would also be legally banned from marriage including same sex/lgbt.

Again, this is theoretical and I feel only someone such as a dictator would do this. But just a thought I had on a way to control the amount of sex women have and also with what men to a point.

This would pretty much guarantee that women would be chad only. Why would they waste their bodies on an inkwell?

If you have enough control to the point at which you can actually do and enforce that, why would you set the limit to "10 bodies"? They'll just be even more selective in who they fuck, the pairbonding problem still happens when they eventually settle down, and really it's impossible to keep a database like this accurate for almost half of the population of your country. A much simpler solution is to outright ban promiscuity and regulate virginity to only be allowed to be lost during marriage. Decisions in their lives can be made by male relatives.
