new laptop now i can't access my gmail acc wtf

i know my username/password but the jews wont let me login without phone verification, i put some bs number in like 12 yrs ago. i use a diff gmail acc on my phone so cant use that as a link, my old laptop is dead so cant use that.. i am still logged in to youtube on my smart tv, but there seems to be no way to do it through that.

my phone is linked to a diff gmail account, dont have the yt app on there but if i do it will go to that one. no option i could see on the tv except to link with phone

Probably SOL I've lost a number of gmail accounts too because for the security question I put random a random answer of like ksj4jw4klj4yh-49h4hjazjkglsjtg4hw34h4jhal;dfl; never expecting to need it.
