There's no way he's trolling. He has accounts all over the internet where he acts the same way, and some of them are from as far back as 2010.
Back on puahate he posted like the same 3 or 4 questions over and over again. Things like "was I cute as a kid" and "what surgeries do I need to be a 4/10?". He was absolutely obsessed with how he looked as a kid and constantly posted pics of himself from before puberty. In his view, he was a "cute kid" but puberty transformed him into an ugly adult. He also made these weird picture collages, which almost always included pics of himself as a kid and more recent pics, which I guess were supposed to highlight how he "aged poorly". He kept saying he was going to get all of these surgeries like lefort III but he never got anything done obviously.
It was actually frustrating trying to give him advice because he constantly asked for advice but never followed or even acknowledged any of it. For example, we told him many times that his hairline was receding and told him to get on finasteride and minoxidil...but he never listened evidently because now he's like NW3.5.
